That ought to get their buildings sold a lot faster or slower as people await a fire sale of the property to keep them from bankruptcy.

  Hey have huge bill boards up close to any significant property they have like Warwick, and other properties kind of like letting future fire sale buyers where to look and wait to find cheap property in the very near future.
